If you arrive more than five minutes late to your appointment, you may need to be rescheduled. If you are booked for multiple services, we may need to shorten your visit and some services may not be performed. This helps us stay on time and provide the best experience for every client.

Any appointment not cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will be charged 50 percent of the service total. No call, no show appointments will be charged 100 percent.

After three no call, no shows, you will no longer be able to book services.

If the card on file is declined, you will not be able to book future appointments until the balance is paid in full.

Please freshen up before your service. Bathrooms are available when you arrive, and complimentary feminine wipes are provided.

You are welcome to book bikini or Brazilian services during your menstrual cycle. Just be sure to wear a fresh tampon before your appointment.

Hair must be at least one quarter of an inch long for the wax to be effective.

At Lux Wax Studio, we welcome clients of all ages while prioritizing safety and comfort for everyone.

Clients must be at least 14 years old to receive bikini or Brazilian waxing services. Any client under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present during the appointment. The parent or guardian is required to remain in the treatment room for the duration of the service.
